Bidmio is a Danish company (Sikmo Digital, CVR 32014283). The founder is a Slovak tradesperson who built the system from his own painting business in Denmark. The product is localized for Denmark, Slovakia and Czechia.

Does construction really lag in digitalisation?

Bidmio does not guarantee those figures as your result — it does address scattered data, time tracking and a single source of truth.

Do I have to use every module?

Does Bidmio have its own accounting?

Yes. Full AI accounting is in the subscription: chart of accounts, ledger, document posting, bank and VAT. It replaces a separate accounting programme. If you have an accountant, they work in the same books. Bidmio is not an accounting firm; professional responsibility stays with your accountant.

How long does it take to set up Bidmio?

Setting up Bidmio is quick and simple, most companies are up and running within 24 hours. You can set everything up yourself without complications, and if issues arise, we're happy to help.

What training is required for my team?

Bidmio is designed to be intuitive. Most users become proficient within 1-2 hours of training. We provide comprehensive training, video tutorials, and ongoing support to ensure your team's success.

The Pro plan costs €49/month including 1 user (+€19 per extra user), the Developer plan €99/month including 1 user (+€99 per extra user). With annual billing you save up to 34 %. All plans include free setup, training, and support.

Is my data secure and backed up?

We use HTTPS/TLS, hashed passwords, organisation isolation and regular backups. We do not have ISO 27001 or a public 99.9% SLA. Production aims at the EU; some supporting services may process data outside the EEA. Details are on the Technology page and in the DPA.

What is the support availability?

Our support team is available via email and chat on business days from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
