By using the Bidmio service you agree to these terms of service. We recommend that you read them carefully before starting to use our services.
1. Basic Provisions
- These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Bidmio Ltd. and users of the Bidmio service.
- By using our services you agree to these terms.
- The terms are binding for all users without exception.
- We reserve the right to change the terms with 30 days notice.
2. Definitions
- Service - the Bidmio software application and related services
- User - natural or legal person using the service
- Account - user profile created in the Bidmio application
- Content - all data, files and information entered by the user
3. Registration and Account
- Registration is free and requires accurate information
- Each user may only have one account
- The user is responsible for the security of their account
- Unauthorized use of the account must be reported immediately
4. Pricing Plans and Payments
- Prices are stated in EUR including VAT
- Payments are monthly or annual depending on the chosen plan
- Automatic subscription renewal
- 30-day free trial for new users
- Refund possible within 14 days of activation
5. Use of the Service
- The service is intended for commercial use in construction
- Prohibited use of the service for illegal purposes
- Do not provide access to third parties without consent
- Comply with usage limits according to the pricing plan
6. Data Protection and Privacy
- Your data is protected in accordance with GDPR
- Regular backup of all data
- SSL encryption for all communication
- Data is not shared with third parties without consent
7. Service Availability
- We guarantee 99.9% uptime
- Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance
- Technical support available on business days
- Ability to export data at any time
8. Service Termination
- User can cancel the account at any time
- Data remains available for 30 days after cancellation
- Automatic deletion of data after 90 days
- Ability to export data before cancellation
9. Liability and Limitations
- The service is provided 'as is'
- We are not liable for indirect damages
- Maximum liability limited to the annual subscription amount
- User is responsible for the accuracy of entered data
10. Dispute Resolution
- We strive to resolve disputes amicably
- Courts of the respective country have jurisdiction
- Local law applies
- Possibility of online dispute resolution via EU platform
